Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Online AFC Asian Cup™ Saudi Arabia 2027 Official Store. This policy complies with Article 5 of Qatar Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 / 2008).

• Customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at +974 4036 2211.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging and with all tags attached.
• Underwear, socks, swimwear, shaving machines and trimmers are non-returnable / non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
• Discounted items are refunded at the price actually paid.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Delivery fees are refunded only when a manufacturing defect is confirmed; otherwise, reverse-pickup charges apply.
• A return / replacement invoice will be issued once the request is approved.

Large or Technical Items (High-Value Goods)

• Return / exchange requests accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• A 20 % restocking fee applies unless the item is confirmed defective.
• Items must be returned in their original protective packaging.
• One-year warranty from delivery date (component-specific).

PayLater Orders (Buy Now, Pay Later)

• Any cancellation / refund must be processed through the PayLater system; funds are credited to the customer’s PayLater account only.
• PayLater does not support partial returns. If only part of an order is to be returned, the full transaction is cancelled and re-invoiced, or a store voucher is issued for the returned items.
• Any PayLater service fees or financing charges are subject to PayLater terms & conditions and are non-refundable via AFC Asian Cup™ Saudi Arabia 2027 Official Store.
• For verified manufacturing defects, a PayLater refund request will be submitted within 3 business days; no restocking fee applies.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under Qatar law.
